Prices are valid for one person per day, minimum stay 3 days.
The prices includes VAT at 10% and do not include drinks whit meals, service at the beach
and eventual tax residence

Suppléments:

- Single room supplement € 7 for day

- Double room single use + 40%

- Cradle: supplement € 5,00 for day

- Air conditioning: € 3 for persons, and maximum € 6 to the day for room
(for the days of I use).
- Meals extra € 12/15/18 depending on the menù of the day.
- For reservations of only one day +30% , for only 2 days + 10%
(Excluding packages published on the "offers " and / or last minute agreed after sending the request).

Reductions:

Children discounts in room with 2 adults:
-under 24 month, in bed with parents, free (excluding the period August 6 to 21 additional € 12 per day).
In Any Other period, for eventual request for meals. Supplement of € 10 per day.

-From 3 to 8 years discount 50%

-From 9 to 12 ans discont 25%

-III and IV ben discount 10%

Useful information:

Possibility All-inclusive price € 12.00. per person (minimum 2 person) for room includes an umbrella, or a sunbed dekchair for person; drinks During main meals with ½ liter mineral water, ¼ local wine or a fizzy drink cans.

Prices are not valid for the Easter period, bank holidays in april, may and june, Christmas and all fairs. Prices valid for these periods will be published on the site.

From July 16 to August 28 only weekly stays with begin and end on Saturdays or Sunday in formula full board, half board or all-inclusive

                  Bookings are validate with a deposit of 20% that can be sent bank transfer.

                  Cancellations: Prior to 4 weeks, refund the amount minus expenses;
                  7 days before arrival, penalty equal to the amount for 3 nights;
                  for cancellations within 1 week of arrival, loss of deposit.
                  The guest that leaves the hotel before the agreed date shall pay an amount up to 3 nights
